ARTICLE 4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF USE
Access to and use of the site are subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
The publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the site and services as well as these TOS, in particular to adapt to changes in the site by providing new features or the removal or modification of existing features.
The user is therefore advised to refer to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions of Use, which is accessible at all times on the site, before any navigation. In case of disagreement with the TOS, no use of the site can be made by the user.
ARTICLE 5. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION
The publisher implements the technical solutions at its disposal to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it may at any time suspend, limit or interrupt access to the site or to certain pages thereof in order to carry out updates, changes to its content or any other action deemed necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
Connecting to and browsing the Key des Artistes website implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, regardless of the technical means of access and the terminals used.
These TOS apply, as needed, to any declination or extension of the site on existing or future social networks and / or community.
ARTICLE 6. SITE MANAGEMENT
For the good management of the site, the publisher can at any time :
- Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the site, reserve access to the site, or to certain parts of the site, to a specific category of Internet user;
- Delete any information that may disrupt its operation or that contravenes national or international laws or the rules of Netiquette;
- Suspend the site for updates.
ARTICLE 7. SERVICES RESERVED FOR REGISTERED USERS
- REGISTRATION
Access to certain services is subject to user registration.
Registration and access to the site's services are reserved exclusively for capable individuals who have completed and validated the registration form available online on the Key des Artistes site, as well as these General Terms of Use.
When registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate, sincere and up-to-date information about himself and his civil status. The user must also regularly check the data concerning him/her in order to maintain its accuracy.
The user must therefore provide a valid e-mail address on which the site will send confirmation of his registration for its services. An e-mail address may not be used more than once to register for services.
Any communication made by Key des Artistes and its partners is therefore deemed to have been received and read by the user. The latter therefore undertakes to regularly consult the messages received at this e-mail address and to reply within a reasonable period of time if necessary.
Only one registration to the services of the site is allowed per natural person.
The user is given an identifier allowing him/her to access a space to which access is reserved for him/her (hereinafter "Personal Space"), in addition to entering his/her password.
The login and password can be changed online by the user in his Personal Space. The password is personal and confidential, the user thus undertakes not to communicate it to third parties.
Key des Artistes reserves in any case the possibility to refuse a request for registration to the services in case of non-compliance by the user with the provisions of these Terms of Use.
- UNSUBSCRIBE
Regularly registered users may at any time request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page in their Personal Space. Any unsubscription from the site will be effective after the user has completed the form provided for this purpose, within the following time limit: 18 Months.
- DELETION OF PERSONAL SPACE AT THE INITIATIVE OF THE SITE EDITOR
It is brought to the user's attention that the publisher reserves the right to delete the personal space of any User who would contravene these terms of use, and more particularly in the following cases:
- If the user makes an illicit use of the site ;
- If the user, during the creation of his personal space, voluntarily transmits erroneous information to the site ;
- If the user has not been active on his personal space for at least one year.
Should the editor decide to delete the user's personal space for one of these reasons, this will not constitute a damage for the user whose account has been deleted.
Such deletion shall not constitute a waiver of any legal action that the publisher may take against the user who contravenes these rules.
ARTICLE 8. RESPONSIBILITIES
The publisher is only responsible for the content he has edited himself.
The publisher is not responsible:
- In case of technical problems or failures, computer or site compatibility with any hardware or software whatsoever;
- Direct or indirect, material or immaterial, foreseeable or unforeseeable damages resulting from the use or difficulties in using the site or its services;
- Intrinsic characteristics of the Internet, particularly those relating to the unreliability and lack of security of the information circulating on it;
- Illegal content or activities using its site without its having been duly informed in accordance with Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Furthermore, the site cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information provided.
The user is responsible :
- The protection of its equipment and data;
- The use he makes of the site or its services;
- If it does not comply with either the letter or the spirit of these TOS.
ARTICLE 9. HYPERTEXT LINKS
The site may contain hyperlinks to other websites over which Key des Artistes has no control. In spite of the prior and regular checks carried out by the publisher, the latter declines all responsibility for the content that can be found on these sites.
The publisher authorises the setting up of hypertext links to any page or document on its site provided that the setting up of these links is not carried out for commercial or advertising purposes.
In addition, prior information from the site publisher is necessary before any hypertext link is set up.
Excluded from this authorisation are sites that disseminate information of an illicit, violent, polemical, pornographic or xenophobic nature or that may offend the sensibilities of the majority of people.
Finally, Key des Artistes reserves the right to have a hypertext link pointing to its site removed at any time if the site considers it does not comply with its editorial policy.
ARTICLE 10: CONFIDENTIALITY
In addition to these General Terms and Conditions, the site has a privacy policy that describes how personal data is processed when the user visits the site, as well as how cookies are used.
By browsing the site, the user declares that he or she is also aware of the aforementioned privacy policy.
ARTICLE 11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The structuring of the site but also the texts, graphics, images, photographs, sounds, videos and computer applications that make it up are the property of the publisher and are protected as such by the laws in force for intellectual property.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the French courts in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction in force.
